This 8 week program includes basic corrective stretches for your athlete that will allow them to set a great foundation for moving well, decrease the likelihood of injury, and increase performance as they progress through their athletic career.
As athletes age, it is not strength or speed that often limits them; but their inabilility to move well. This lack of proper movement causes their body to break down and will lead to a physical set back. This program provides instruction and photos to ensure that each exercise is completed correctly.
